About Us
Our Beliefs
We believe that beeswax and soy food wraps are the best way to help reduce plastic waste in domestic kitchens. We wanted to create a product that was safe for the whole family to use from grandad and grandma to the family dog – something that could be reused and would be bio-degradable at the end of it’s lifespan.
What makes our beeswax wraps different
Propolis
Most other beeswax wraps use pine tree resin in them, but we use propolis instead. We infuse our oil with propolis from local honey farmers. This adds anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties to our wraps.
All Kiwi
Our food wraps are all made by hand in Christchurch, New Zealand, using New Zealand beeswax, soy from New Zealand companies and material sourced from kiwi suppliers.
Made to Order
Our beeswax wraps are all made to order so that they are the best quality products that we can provide our customer with. They haven’t sat in a damp warehouse or been exposed to the sun or people in stores feeling the wraps, breathing or coughing on them.
